If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it right where it says “can’t sign in?”
To Access The Files In Your SmartVault:
Click where it says files and folders.
Click where it says your name.
Click the TY22 Folder-This is where your 2022 tax season information is.
Click on Client Source Documents to review what you have sent us. If you can’t see your information then:
Click on Client Source Documents Processed (This usually means that we have started working on your tax return.)
Click on Client Tax Returns to see your completed return. Your unsigned efile forms are also there.
To Upload To The Vault:
Follow the steps above to access your vault then click on the Client Source Documents folder. There will be a link that says Upload File.
Click that link. You can drag files into that area or click where it says browse. You also have the option of uploading from your photo library, taking a photo, or choose a file to upload.
